The dumplings are made using only carefully selected glutinous rice from Niigata Prefecture, and contain absolutely no wheat.
Each one is carefully finished by hand by a skilled craftsman.

• Please store in a cool place, avoiding direct sunlight, high temperatures, and humidity.
• The recommended time to enjoy this product is within 12 hours (one full rotation of a clock) from the time of delivery.
• Please enjoy the mochi as soon as possible, as they tend to harden over time.
• When reheating, please adjust the microwave time in short increments.
  Overheating can compromise quality.
